Mafia Heiress by Angela Agnello

Think great set up.

Reading this I felt was more slow burn was later that realised this was to be a series. Was then appreciated it more as the book really seemed to set up for what could come.

It's great world building and you get proper chance to see the dynamics between the characters. Can't wait to see what is going to happen next.

Gian by Natalia Lourose

Perfect end to the Delgado Trilogy.

The writing is fantastic just like the others  and had me gripped through it and I just loved the characters. Mafia of course often have arranged marriage so was good to fit this in here as Gian really never seemed to want to fall for someone and settle.

I look forward to seeing more from the siblings so hope they will still be involved in other stories or novellas that are released but I found Gian's story ended the Trilogy so well.

Filthy Hot by Serena Akeroyd

Stole my heart.

This book was such an emotional rollercoaster for me and couldn't have asked for more. Well except the next installment which I will wait for impatiently.

The writing was on top form and i just couldn't even think of stopping until got to the end. I find these are getting harder and harder to write reviews for so I don't spoil anything but is still one of my favourite series.

This is one that I can't recommend enough and will reread myself as well. Hard topics are raised in the book so double check trigger warnings if have any.

Finley's Claim by Atlas Rose and Raven Scott

College Mafia Romance definitely needed this in my life.

So with this I have seen comments about this being far fetched and well yeh this might be the case but it was definitely what I needed to escape from reality. I couldn't put it down and finished this im one sitting.

Anna has been helping her father money launder and they are desperate to get out of the life. However, Anna goes to a Mafia type college on there own island and gets dragged even further in when she gets even closer to Finley, her boss' son and heir.

Finley's use to having his own way and yes their arre bits where alphaholeness slips out and bullies Anna to try and get his own way however she also has habit of fighting back too, even as she falls for him.

Triggers warnings best be checked but honestly if you like Mafia romance and Bully college romance then this is the perfect combo. Definitely look forward to what else will happen with this series.

Xander by Aviana West

Such a great if emotional read.

I'm a huge fan of MC reads and so when saw this was releasing it went straight on to my to be read pile. I wasn't sure what I would get as have never tried the author before but it did not disappoint.

The writing kept me interested and I did not want to put it down. The characters were done well so that through it I really felt for them. Jen has ran from her uncle and the mc she was raised with but Xander seems to be just what she needs.

There is parts some may find triggers them so I would check any warnings if there is something you find distressing or don't enjoy reading. This will be one I will recommend to other MC Romance readers and I look forward to seeing more from the Black Stallions MC and the author I the future.

Sweet Adeline by K.L Ramsey

Another awesome read.

I am just loving this series that gives more of the law enforcement FBI side and this introduces us to Adeline, Ander's sister-in-law.

This looks very closely to human trafficking and could be triggers so definitely one to watch out for but I found it very well wrote and couldn't put it down.

Was nice to see Anders again too but really that was an extra I loved Adeline and Landry in there own right.

This is a must read for so many readers that I know I will be recommending any chance I get. I can't wait for more of both the series and the author in general.

Scarred by Eva Winners

Oh my god it just gets better.

Marked hooked me on this series of the Russian Sinners and Scarred has kept me just as enthralled. This looks at Oliva and Nikolai and it was so well done.

From Anastasia we know Olivia is in an arranged marriage and in trouble but this book gives us a much clearer picture of her as a whole and just how strong she is.

Nikolai might not be the leader of the group but he was very much a dominant alpha male. There interactions right from the beginning had me unable to put this down.

Can honestly not wait to see what happens next in the final book in the series or more from the author.

Golden Chaos by Colette Rhodes

This is the most awesome goldilocks inspired read I could have ever hoped for.

This is the finishing part to the three bears duet and I honestly didn't think could have been any better than the first but it really was.

The writing was so good with both tragic and  upsetting situations but also great humor and amazing characters I know this will get and read again.

I devoured the two books one after the other and have been discussing and recommding wherever I can. Those who love some shifters with their romance need to check these bears out. Look forward to reading more of the authors work too.

If The Wand Sparkles by Sinclair Kelly

Have been waiting so long for this.

Or at least feels that way as been dying for it since the first installment. Author certainly hasn't let's me down I still had myself enjoying every second of it. Well until the end as now I need to wait again.

I love the characters and having them in Fairytale city and not able to swear out loud had me laughing at the creative word choices. Get to see bit more about them all as well as finding them working through some of their difficulties.

Prince Charming is a great addition to have the guys show their jealous and possessive sides.

I definitely recommend to those who enjoy MFM romances with a Paranormal twist. I will wait (probably impatiently) for the next and final novel of the series. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Monk by Winter Travers

Short but sweet.

For me this book was a great quick read which was exactly what I needed.  I finished this in one sitting and wanted more.

This book I been anticipating this since reading Six-Gun and it didn't disappoint.  I found myself engrossed with the writing and even found myself laughing out loud.

Can't wait for more.

Tarek by Nikki Landis

Glad to read more of Nikki Landis.

I had only read one other of her MC series so when saw Tarek I had to move it up my to be read list. Even better its the first of the series so could jump straight in. This is also MC with a twist as it's all shifters in the group.

Synna is coming home after being away for few years and her brothers part of the MC. She isn't talking Tarek because of what has happened in their past so I was hooked as to how they were going to be together when forced into close proximity all alone.

It's very much a quick read and my only disappointment was that it was over too soon. Can't wait to see the rest of the series and also planning to try read all the other books I have missed by this amazing author.  I'm definitely hooked.

Renegade by Nikki Nova

Binge reading the series.

I hadn't read any of authors PNR books and had been a while since I had read anything Alien related as found some bad ones so was a bit nervous. I shouldn’t have been as the writing is still phenomenal.

I read all 3 of the books in reading order before this one and then dived straight in here. This one focuses on the youngest brother Rexnor who I was already attached to he definitely seemed the most laid back of the Braxtharian warriors.

This made him the perfect for the wild child human Lexi. She actually had me relating to her the most as she was determined to not allow the relationship as wanted to protect herself from getting hurt, which was definitely me in my younger years. Due to that I was definitely hooked on it.

Anyone who enjoys Alien romance books should check this out. I can't wait for what's going to happen next.

Taken By Pirates by Haley Travis

Just what I needed.

I was looking for a nice easy read that didn't require to much thinking and thus fit the bill perfectly. I hadn't actually read any romance books with pirates but was more than interested.

This isn't a historically accurate book but the scenes between Maggie and the Captin were great to read. Whilst Maggie is very shy especially to start you really see her grow in the book.

The chemistry between the pair is steamy even the innocent interactions you can see the feelings building. I need more pirates and more of this author.

Carrying Blaze's Mark by E.C Land

Great quick read.

This is a face paced novella that allows us to see more of Blaze and Raven. I love them as a couple but Raven I think has to be one of my favourite female characters.

She is such a strong women and this story just shows how much as they are faced with even more heartache and problems. They however face it head on.

Was hooked on this from start to finish. If you have read their book then this just adds more to the couple and the series as a whole which I don't often find with novellas so was a nice surprise for me to enjoy as much as I did.

Ulcerative Colitis Cookbook by KatKate Princeton Johnson

Interesting read.

This book gives recipes that are good or those with ulcerative colitis but it also gave itger information on the disease and tips. It also has a meal plan already created as well.

My grandad has suffered a long time so I have found this am informative read whilst still being simple and clear to the someone who doesn't know as much about it.

I haven't had a chance to try the recipes yet though have made plans to make a few for him but there's more than a few that look like he will enjoy. The recipes all appear to be easy to follow as well which I appreciate as not the most confident chef that's for sure.

Malice's Soul by E.C Land

Trying so hard not to spoil this.

OK so I have wrote this more than once as trying to not give any spoilers and they keep creeping in. So this will be short.

Malice caught my interest in Hammer's Pride so I was so pleased to read this. Devil's Riot MC no matter where they are based I love them.

Malice having so many issues with his family I wasn't surprised with how this book played out but the author still managed a few surprises in there and I was kept interested throughout.

Willow was sweet and innocent but you could see there interest even in book 1 really but with this being more of Novella length I feel like there is so much more that we could see from both of them really.

Hoping that the snippets we see in future books will help with this or maybe something will be released further down the line with them.

This can be read as a standalone but there are little bits from Hammers book and even from the other chapters of the MC too. Its definitely a series I am going to be watching for releasing as I really want to know what happens next. Hooked already.

Taming Coyote by E.C Land

Love Tinsley and Coyotes story.

When first started this I thought the love interest was someone else and the twist in the story was great to see though it did mean I couldn't put it down to see what else I could have possibly missed or could be unexpected.

There are some darker undertones to this book compared to some of the others in the series. Especially as it puts a baby at risk as well so if you have triggers or things you don't like reading about might be worth checking.

I would and have said to a few others about reading this book especially those who enjoy MC romance books in general. Can't wait to get more. Think going to have to reread them all soon.

Savage Hero by Logan Fox

Great start.

This is the first book and I an looking forward to see what happens next with Nyx's story. She seems like such an interesting character as a female assassin but who obviously still has a heart.

I love strong female characters and Nyx definitely still had sass even whilst she is caught by Savage and cover has been blown.

I feel like there is more that can be discovered about both the characters as I don't feel really learnt too much here so hopes are really set on what will happen next.

I did however enjoy this as a quick read and would recommend to others.

Natural Born Killers by Lucy Smoke

Great end to Avalon and Dean's story.

I absolutely adore this series I was really worried that this book was going to let it down but I loved it so much.

Avalon is still very much her own woman but you can really see how much her relationship with Dean has grown. He would do anything for her but she's more than willing and able to get her own hands dirty.

This series isn't necessarily for the faint hearted and this one was bit more gruesome than the others but it fit exactly what the book seemed to be showing us of the pair.

Definitely highly recommend book and series for any who like dark romances. This was the end of the couple but not the end of the series. I for one can't wait for what comes next.

Stone Cold Queen by Lucy Smoke

Just keeps getting better.

OK so I went straight from Pretty Little Savage into Stone Cold Queen and damn I had some issues as even though was late at night I still couldn't put it down. Sleeps not needed as much as reading this book.

The aftermath of book 1s ending is pretty much where this takes off. You can already tell though that Avalon's luck isn't going to improve much by the brief glimpse the prologue gives you.

However, that definitely doesn't in a way detract from the story as you go at all. Though it sits in your mind so you know you need to know more.

Dean certainly starts to show his softer though still bossy side which is nice. Also pleased to see that Avalon still gives him the run around and attitude though as he definitely needs it.

Series is a hit so far can't wait to read conclusion of Avalon and Dean's story. If not read and enjoy contemporary bully romance then you need to give this a try.

Pretty Little Savage by Lucy Smoke

Why did I wait so long?!

I just love Avalon so much and her attitude just has me hooked. Nothing really can beat a girl who is bad a$$ all on her own though you definitely know she could use some love in her life.

So then enters the Sick Boys those who rule the campus. Having never really been told No its certainly funny to see their reactions to Avalon when she arrives. Especially leader and Main Male Character Dean. His hate for her yet undeniable attraction has me unable to look away and just glad she's willing to give him the trouble that he deserves.

After all the hype I was a little worried that I would like it but damn I loved it so much I'm hooked. I couldn't put it down at all and plan on going straight into the next one.

Court of Midnight by Helen Scott and Lucinda Dark

Twisted Fae comes to an end.

After cliffhanger of the last book it took me longer to start this than I would have liked and than is normal as I just wasn't sure I was ready for the series to end.

Overall I enjoyed the book though I felt the ending was a bit more rushed than what I would have liked as there was so much more focus on the build up than the battle.

There was also some unanswered questions though I can assume most likely so we can make up our own answers I will also hold out hope that there is more to come in a novella or for another character.

Cress remained a favourite strong willed female with a kind heart even when treated so poorly by others. Her guys are all different but I loved them all in their own way which is awesome.

Recommended for those who enjoy Fae RH Romance books especially now the series is completed.

Marked by Eva Winners

I can't believe I didn't know about this till now.

Only with the second book being advertised did I learn there was already one out there so of course I rushed to read. I'm so glad I did.

This Russian Mafia series starts with 3 American girls travelling through Europe and ending up in Russia before heading home only after ducking out on her friends and security guy Anastasia is kidnapped.

Her father contacts head of the Russian Sinners Dimitry to try and get him and his "brothers" to find her and keep her safe. I loved the dynamics between the three guys they all grew up together in a Russian orphanage and are closer than blood in a lot of ways. It's clear to see how important they all are to each other.

The relationship with Anastasia and Dimitry is interesting to watch as they end up spending more time together. However, it's not all easy rides of course and you can clearly see how strong Anastasia is throughout the book and as you learn more about her history.

Was hooked all the way through and desperate for more when the next book which moves on to another couple. Anyone who enjoys Mafia style books needs to give this a read.

Until Selma by Harley Stone

Worth the Wait.

After meeting Tavonte in the Dead Presidents MC Series I was dying to see his book and when he returned home I wasn't sure how that would be. However I enjoyed this book showing his return home to his family after being away in the military.

He's came here rather than staying with the MC as his teenager sister has been seeing an older man and giving his mother grief so was interested to see how this would be resolved as well as his love interest.

Selma I loved as the female lead character as she is complete book worm and has self esteem issues so seeing her find her happily ever after with the hunky military guy was awesome. Also her reaction to how much he's changed since high school definitely a plus.

This can be read as a standalone novel and I recommend that you do as soon as possible as a quick light romance.
