Gemma by Natalia Lourose

I love this woman!

By this I mean both Gemma and the amazing writer Natalia Lourose. After meeting the character in Gio I had a feeling that I would but I didn't realise just how much.

Gemma's mental health issues are well written in a way that shows great care. Having had some similar thoughts and feelings I connected with her very deeply and the book will stay with me.

The forbidden love, in a Romeo and Juliet fashion, with Liam had me hooked and rooting for them.

Would recommend this and the series to other Mafia/Mob romances readers. This still showed Gio and other characters from it but to me can be read as a standalone.

Scarlett Thief by Lucy Smoke and A.J Macey

Drawn together despite it all.

Scarlett Thief has 3 criminals drawn together to work as a team to steal a necklace for a hidden client. These loaners however need to work as a team after the client uses hidden information to blackmail them to doing so.

While you wouldn't think they would work well together especially when they have their own trust issues together I love watching it all unfold both in the professional sense but also as they move to more personal relationship.

This has been a favourite of mine of the authors I think and didn't take me long to finish it off. I look forward to seeing what else happens with the Criminal Underworld series.

Pack Claimed by Laurel Night

Another awesome installment in the Warrior Queen series.

I have seen few things about this about not happy it is slow burn but to be honest that was well stated by the author. Usually these are ones I could have issues with but Laurel Night does amazing work with the writing that the world building done in last book has me dying for this one.

Pack Claimed has the group mainly on their own whilst they travel and means I got sucked into the individual characters stories and to know their personalities even more which I loved.

The storyline itself has me completely hooked and I know I need more from the series so I'm glad this has more to come. Though I'm not sure my patience is good enough to wait long on this one.

I can see this being a favourite series in PNR for me especially with such a strong female lead. I have said before, and will say again, that we need so much more of them.

Been sharing this everywhere and recommend to those who read Paranormal RH Romance books make sure that they give it a read.

Chasing Fire by Billie Lustig

Oh my good I am so lucky.

I heard about this from a friend and being busy and honestly having huge tbr list I wasn't sure but this new author Billie Lustig has hit it out of the park with Chasing Fire.

This has a kick a$$ female who I fell in love with straight away. Callie may have been kidnapped but she doesn't take things lying down.

Kane is a definitely a dark dominant mob related alpha male. So of course I have to love to hate him and then just love him so much.

The writing is absolutely amazing and the storyline has you hooked from the start. I honestly can't wait for the next book along with anything else this author has to give.

This will be one of my most recommended book for those who read Mafia/Mob romances as this isn't one to miss!

Hawk by Serena Akeroyd

Every book makes these reviews harder.

This is another amazing installment for the Dark and Dirty Sinners MC Series with Serena Akeroyd's writing taking us straight into the universe she's created and making me never wanting to leave.

There is some great surprises in this and some questions are answered from previous books. However as always the complex world has given us even more questions that I just need to know and can't wait for the rest of the books.

It does however create this issue where I don't want to give anything away either which is what I meant by struggling with writing these reviews.

It will not stop me however from saying that these and the Dirty Feckers series are must reads and that everyone should be reading them and this new addition to the world Hawk is another outstanding read!

Endurance by Ashley N Rostek

Oh wow I'm completely speechless.

This book gives Jamie and Louies Point of View and mainly set during the events of Endure the Pain but there is a bit extra added aswell.

I love these guys and actually could feel my heart going out to them. Ashley does a great job at pulling you right in and just love her writing.

This novella and the whole series has been some of the most recommended reads that I have had and highly recommend to those who enjoy darker romances and mob related reads that you make sure to check it out.

This has been a great novella to get me all ready for the next book in the series and not going to lie I am dying to see what Ashley N Rostek comes up with next.

Hammer's Pride by E.C Land

Exactly what I needed.

Seeing E.C Land had another new book coming out I have just been waiting to read this. After meeting Hammer with his niece and nephew I have been interested to know more.

This gives us another chapter of the Devil's Riot MC and starts with their Prez returning to town after he was in the last book back in the national chapters section.

The alpha male Hammer has avoided relationships but you can see the chemistry with quiet and shy Avery  is clear from the beginning. I just loved to see it develop.

While sometimes wish these poor people in or connected to the Devil's Riot MC deserve a break these books keep having me come back for more and honestly can't wait for those still to come.

Any M.C Romance readers if you haven't done so already then you really need to read what this author has. Those who have started but not read this one yet I seriously think you should get to it at first chance available.

Gio by Natalia Laurose

I have had this on my list to read for a few months now that the last book in the trilogy is out I just had to read. Especially after being encouraged by friends and I'm so glad I did.

I love a hood Mafia romance and Natalia Laurose writing was a big hit for me.

Gio is going through a tough time when he meets Annie and you do feel for him. Even though he's obviously getting her into trouble you can see the spark with them and that he does care about it.

Annie is innocent and not used to the crime families way of living. She wants to protect her brother and her attraction to Gio is also very obvious. Her self esteem isn't great but still grew attached to her and wanted to see them happy.

I can't wait to read more by the author and downloaded the next in this series Gemma as soon as I finished this book. Definitely recommend to other Mafia Romance readers out there.
